A vast underwater fantasy city rises through deep blue-green water, its monumental architecture resembling an ancient civilization swallowed by the ocean. Towering cylindrical structures frame both sides of the vertical scene, their ornate stone surfaces darkened by age and covered with coral, marine growth, and drifting vegetation. In the upper center, shafts of pale sunlight descend from the distant surface, illuminating clouds of tiny fish, bubbles, and suspended particles. A merfolk figure swims horizontally through the middle of the city, her pale face turned downward toward a luminous, crystalline object held between her hands. Long strands of dark aquatic hair stream behind her and blend into an enormous flowing tail or mantle of translucent fins, curling like waves through the water and sparkling with turquoise points of light. Classical female statues stand among balconies and ruined terraces, reinforcing the city's monumental scale. Far below, a broad staircase climbs toward a brilliant circular golden portal inscribed with glowing symbols. Warm amber light spills from windows and the portal, contrasting with the surrounding teal depths. Near the bottom, a swirling ribbon of luminous water curls between the submerged structures, while fish drift through the ruins at every level.
