A juvenile HG comes to rest just after being ousted by an irate Little Egret from its seaweed patch at low tide yesterday ..

A tired-looking adult, possibly in moult and also maybe quite young, watched the pigeon goings-on below with little interest on the cliff face around noon today.
It was like summer, so a snooze seemed to be in order.
Made my day.

Heaven .. but no Ravens not even a call this time.

Still, many wonderful #birds, most of them tired & resting after a 3-hour foraging stint at low tide.
