Todayβs running fit πββοΈ
Think the blue and black works pretty well with the ridiculously bright shoes π
Woke to a moody, stormy morning, heavy clouds and a grey sky. Braced for a soaking, but it stayed dry, and it felt great to be out there dodging puddles and clocking the miles. 13.61 km at 5:15/km. Not bad at all. π§οΈπ

Another frosty morning, 4Β°C under a clear sky, with sunshine on the way. Gloves on and out the door for 11.70km at 5:22/km. There's something special about crisp air and quiet roads to start the day. π #RunSky #Running #MorningRun #UKRunning
Your watch should confirm what you already suspected β not boss you around.

Dark, brisk morning, but so worth getting out. The loch must have been a touch warmer than the air, as mist drifted across the water and gave everything a moody, quiet feel. 13.52km at 5:23/km.
After a weekend of culture, I started the week the way I like to: out on the road. 11.60km at 5:25/km. It was super humid and I kept expecting the heavens to open, but it stayed dry. A good, steady start to Monday. π #RunSky #Running #MorningRun #UKRunning
The sun finally came out this morning, painting the sky in pinks, purples and orange. A perfect way to run along the loch: 13.49km at 5:19/km. Another week in the books, and Six to look forward to this weekend. π #RunSky #Running #MorningRun #UKRunning
After yesterday's washout, a dry morning felt like a small gift. No sun, but still a decent 11.64km run at 5:17/km. It was also my first run of October. Where did September go? #RunSky #Running #MorningRun #UKRunning
Dark morning, and autumn is definitely here. But I had the tracks all to myself as the sun just broke through above the clouds. 13.37 km at 5:31/km. Basking in the early sunshine is always a plus. βοΈ
Woke to pitch black this morning. The shortening days are really starting to show, and getting out of bed was that little bit harder. But I laced up and hit the road anyway: 11.38km at 5:24/km. A little nippy, but worth it. π
Woke up to a wet morning, but not wet enough to keep me honest bound today. Got out and covered 13.69km at 5:16/km pace. Nice way to close the week too β weekly target ticked off. Small satisfactions on a grey morning. π§οΈπ

After yesterday's rain washout, it felt so good to be back out on the road. 11.53 km at 5:22/km, with the sun painting the sky in purples and oranges. Managed to snap a photo too. Days like this remind me why I run. π

Back on the long run trail for round two this week. Warm and unseasonal after the recent chill, but the sun painting the sky again made it worth it. 13.66km at 5:25/km. π
First run back after the flu. Still feeling a bit rough, but it was so good to get out and open up the lungs. Properly dark out and I was sure the rain was coming, but it held off. Started the week with 13.45 km at 5:32/km.

My final run was planned for Friday, but the flu had other ideas. A tickly throat became full-blown flu by the end of the day, then vanished just as fast. Rest picked the schedule this time. Back out there soon.

Beautiful morning run today β a gentle breeze at my back and rain clouds gathering on the horizon, but I chanced it anyway. Glad I did. 11.69km at 5:23/km, and worth every step. πββοΈ
