Just finished up the barrows grind on my UIM. Went for 500 chests (10 kc -> 510 kc) over the past few weeks. I ended up with a full Dharok's set for tanking and dh bombing, the Verac's top and bottom I wanted for general PvM, and ton of runes & gp from alching armor pieces.
