More later, now I´ll do my 30 daily minutes of osteoporosis gyms with two 1 kg/2,2 lbs dumbbells that helped me keep an upright spine yet, in spite of 5+ vertebrae fractures, started in summer of 2012, dumbbells added later.

Good, I love #TrashPandas, unfortunately they´re still seen as "invasive" in Germany, after some of them´d escaped or´d been freed from fur farms in the 1930s here and´d adjusted well...
