味の招待席、けさは原宿『さつまやとんとん』の「白豚黒とん定食ロース」です🐖

原宿はキデイランド(ちいかわらんど)の裏手にある『さつまやとんとん』。こちらのウリは、なんと言っても黒い衣のとんかつです。黒い衣の正体は、なんと竹の墨を練り込んだパン粉！黒胡麻とかではないのです。一瞬身構えますが、味は極上👍 薩摩の豚の味をふんだんに堪能できます☺️​
