We're toasting the return of the vintage Barney West tiki with an updated Mai-Kai Moai cocktail. The mug was created by the late Danny "Tiki Diablo" Gallardo for Mike and Chelsea's 2015 wedding (see photo). I created the drink in 2016, a year before the original carving fell. #tikicarving #tikidrink

I always revisit great cocktail books when I pick up new ingredients. Today, it's guava soda and Lei Lani Volcano 2.0 from Smuggler's Cove. Never let classic books gather dust. And if you don't have it, get a signed copy at SmugglersCoveSF.com #cocktail #tikicocktail #tikidrink #tiki #smugglerscove
