Text of one paragraph from a column by Peter Hitchens about the Thirlwall Inquiry.  The paragraph reads: 

"Being on constant guard against mad baby-killers will not necessarily help you to spot that the hospital is unhygienic, understaffed, under-equipped and being wrongly forced to handle patients well beyond its competence."

Noticed #BBCNews today, reporting on the #Thirlwall enquiry, saying ‘ #Letby, who was was convicted in [date] of…..”

Yet when it comes to other convicted criminals the BBC usually says something like: ‘Mr X, who murdered Mr Y…….’

Note the difference & the implied ‘room for doubt’
