Photo of the screen at the MONSTA X 2026 Boston. Screen is reddish black and the text reads:

2026 MONSTA X WORLD TOUR
THE X:
NEXUS
BOSTON

The NEXUS is huge and in stylized lettering. The bottom half of all text is red. The red started from the bottom of the text and spread upwards until it was all red (this is the halfway point).

Oooh, a woman with absolutely gorgeous purple hair (with a friend with awesome pink hair) stopped me complement my hair while I was trudging through a T station, so I think we’re on a winner. Phew.

Okay, we’re about to see how much of this Manic Panic stays in my hair after a wash. Hopefully this purple/pink situation will still look cool for the MONSTA X show. 🤞😬🤞

Enormous shout out to my dear @hils.bsky.social, who told me about doing this at a cup sleeve (someday I’ll go to a kpop cup sleeve 🤞) and sparked my interest. Too much money and too many hours - but a hell of a lot of fun - later, here we are.

Here we go, my first efforts at decoden toploader decoration (my first time piping anything at all, in fact, so hopefully I’ll keep getting better at it). I’m keeping the bottom/last two, but the rest I’ll bring to MONSTA X tomorrow night in #Boston. See you there!?!?
#MONSTA_X #TheXNexus #MONSTAX

Twenty decoden cream decorated toploader card holders, decorated mostly in black, purple, orange, pink, or light blue, with lots of charms and shit attached, all but one of them with MX or MONSTA X somewhere on them. Most have cute, dark, and/or Halloween vibes.

A closer shot of nine of the toploaders from the previous photo.

A closer shot of nine more of the toploaders from the first photo.

A close up shot of the final two toploaders from the first photo. These are actually the first two I did and my favorites, so I’m keeping them. The left one is white, grey, black, and purple. Lots of flowers and bows, but also a bunny, a skull, a ghost, a witch hat, a star, and some butterflies. The right one is all black and silver, with lots of black flowers (plus: feather, leaf, bow, heart, butterfly, etc) and a few silver decorations (stretching cat, handcuffs, safety pin, crown, star). Also, black beads with white letters spelling out ‘MX.’

Friends, mutuals, followers, lurkers, give me a shout if you’ll be at the MONSTA X Boston show tomorrow night and I’ll try to save a freebie toploader for you! Also, I will post pictures of them later. I don’t have a ton, but I’m kind of excited about them.

Why is it always the posts people actually notice that have mistakes? Sigh. Dropped THE ball.

Oh well, Happy Birthday, Joohoney! See you tomorrow night!!!!!!!
