#ZENINTHEARTOFARCHERY a fascinating 1971 book by Eugene Herrigel,on mastering Archery AND Mindless skills. The book compares how the accomplished archer, in a state of unconsciousness, becomes one with his target. This is also a desired state of Zen. #booksky #Archery #Zen #Mindless #ThePsychicDaily
