OMG, the little postscript where Stokes is talking to Truman is SO poorly-written. There are, like, brutally-bad endcaps of writing at the beginning & end that feel like a different writer wrote them.

What I am finding charming & relatable (& worthwhile) on this watch is the idea that artists & creatives have to get involved in bloody conflict, which they often feel is beneath them.
