I was so surprised when he said that in TLW!

@pmoll.bsky.socialI was so surprised when he said that in TLW!
@celluloidsoul.bsky.socialThe apples sticking out of the top of his grocery bag were round.
Sometimes bottoms of lampshades were turned up at us.
Sunflowers in his Van Gogh painting.
The pull tab on his roller blind.
His eyes whenever he got crazy.
Circular pattern/bathroom tiles.
Too much?
#TheLostWeekend #TheNoirCollective
@celluloidsoul.bsky.socialThe lady he stole from wore a polka dot scarf.
His brother's glasses were pretty round.
The bar tables were round.
Doris wore round earrings, then big black buttons.
The buttons on the old cash register were round.
The bartender was wearing some kind of round pin.
#TheLostWeekend #TheNoirCollective
@celluloidsoul.bsky.socialThe opening of every bottle/glass.
The way he left home and always circled back to it.
The spots on her coat, almost.
All the clocks he stared at.
The circular shaving mirror.
The speaker and receiver of the telephone.
The way his typewriter came back to him.

@vanstanwyck.bsky.socialThis was more than a watch party. It was two film classes and a movie concentrated into less than three hours. @tommykrasker.bsky.social, @ctmillion.bsky.social, thank you so much for your hard work. You blew my already high expectations out of the water. #TheLostWeekend #TheNoirCollective
