★★★☆☆ The Last Days of Pompeii (1935) - An odd but entertaining mix of Roman spectacle, morality play, and disaster movie, with Jesus & the Crucifixion worked into the story. The effects & destruction of Pompeii remain impressive 90 years later. #TheLastDaysOfPompeii #ClassicFilm #1935
