Inept villain #OC gang called the Blackout Gang.
😈Pulse 🩻Skelly 😏Smooth

They shut down energy in areas to extort money, causing mayhem during the power outage. What happens after that isn't very thought out when heroes like FlickerFlash arrive. 🥽🌃📻

Dancing her way out of the arcade with light up moves, it's #FlickerFlash

My retro hero #OC that can imbue light into objects and herself to distract and blind the criminals of retro and city pop/future funk themed MoonPearl City. 💃✨

FlickerFlash can be seen wearing her hero outfit and also the work uniform that she has while she is on the job. The sunset cola next to her is very important.
