Sound familiar? A biting critique of societies stupidity in response, but also government inefficiancy.

The great George A. Romero delivers one of my favourite films from his canon. When a mysterious virus is unleashed upon a small town, chaos ensues, & a military quarantine races against time to curtail the damage.

Both of these films will be first time watches for me. (I have a hell of weekend coming up!)
Have you watched one or both of them? What did you think of the film(s)?

Movie #1: George A. Romero's #TheCrazies: I'd say this film does still have Romero's strength tackling the handling and affairs of certain subject matter, just feels half-full when dealing with the main drive of the plot. My ⭐⭐⭐1/2 review (thumbnail is censored) letterboxd.com/fluffybrian/...
