Managed 6.44km this morning and it was very comfortable. Fairly consistent pace. But most of all, the sunshine was beautiful and powered me along! ☀️

First run since the Pride 10k and it felt really good! 🏃🏼‍♂️

And in doing so, found a #bat! (my first half-decent photo of one!!)
