An armed panel is only one part of the alarm path.

TetherX flags a TetherBox that stops reporting and helps identify recording and device problems. Check the monitoring route when site connectivity changes.

Keep the cameras you have: anything speaking ONVIF, RTSP or a native vendor API joins TetherX without being replaced. Footage is recorded on site to the TetherBox rather than depending on the internet link, and gaps in footage are flagged. How do you find out a camera has stopped?

Online and recording are two different states. We flag a camera that is online but has not recorded and identify gaps in footage, in the app and in a health report on a schedule you set. If a camera stopped recording tonight, would you find out before somebody asked for the footage? #CCTV #TetherX
