Last month, I made some exciting progress, including:

🧶I (finally!) completed 1924, and have officially completed 1/4 of my data set!
🧶I stayed up-to-date on the 2026 blanket.
🧶I started the 1925 section... on a plane in the air!!!

September was a success!

This is 2020-2025!

It has an average temperature of 8.4⁰C, with annual averages ranging from 8.0⁰C to 8.8⁰C. It's the warmest decade I've been knitting so far.

Aside from temperature, there's been some interesting weather and climate-related events.

Last week, I was in Toronto for Adaptation Canada. I sat on the panel for the Arts for Adaptation session. I presented my project and talked about how I use this work to make it easier to talk about climate change.

I use 21 yarn colours for my #temperatureblanket project.

Rust (pictured) is used mainly for the summer months. It represents temperatures between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius.

Over time, rust appears earlier in the year and stays later. This means those warmer days are lasting longer.
