when your best friend is an idiot, suicidal Tall (wo)Man and is constantly worrying you and your twin...

Tav is a 5'5" Half-elf for this swap. The dynamics haven't changed - they may have even gotten worse! 😬

#tavrisenfield #summersuntwins

Nick angrily heals Tav's headwound while lecturing her endlessly. Noon bids her turn to lecture next, silently wiping the blood from her friends hair.

for the crime of giving @mistercrowbar.art brainworms that aren't Aldiirn and Astarion shenanigans, I present:

✨Gnome Twins.
They're of a coastal/island heritage so they might be Rock Gnomes?? IDK if Gnomes do a lot of PDA but I did doodle them being cuddly 😊💕

Tav, who is every bit of an artsy, dumb jock, while also being a sapiosexual;

"It's so hot that you are intelligent and into things 😏💕"

#tavrisenfield #halsin #wip #yssfanfic

Screenshot that reads the following: Halsin pulled out the leather journal she had seen him fiddle with before, shifting through pages. "You're late, then? I wonder how much of that was stress as opposed to the infection of the tadpole and its influence…You mentioned before that your abilities had been sapped to a degree as well, correct?" When she nodded, he made a noise, plucking a stick from the back of the book and scratching at the paper. "I suppose it's not too strange of a theory to assume interference with your body's natural cycle, causing its delay. Another unintended side effect." He notes something down. "The normal gestation period of a mind flayer victim doesn't allow for too much feedback on how the body changes up until the parasite completely takes over the host. Things that are natural to us such as reproductive cycles, sickness and aging - these are not usual for aberrations like the illithid. Those anomalies could be used to determine infection in others, perhaps? But how much of the disruption is the parasite and how much of it is the magic controlling it remains unknown..." As Halsin continued to murmur and write, Tav watched, slowly blinking her eyes up from his hand to the muscle shifting under his skin as he gripped the (charcoal) stick. Further up, the cloak of stiff leaves that covered his shoulders made a gentle shuffling noise at each movement made. Screenshot that reads the following: So this was what he was like when working. Seriously notating theories and trying to accommodate for every possible reason for illness and unnatural reaction to things. Not only accepting things as possible explanations, but arguing with himself to not simply conclude symptoms as a cause and effect. The lines in his face deepened as he frowned and thumbed at the old scars in his chin. After a moment he seemed to notice Tav's wide and unwavering stare. "...Is something wrong?" he asks. "Just admiring nature's beauty." The expression Halsin makes is too complicated for Tav to decipher, and so she gives him the same grace he gave her the night before and turned her head so he could continue writing. When the shuffling of leaves returns, Tav looks back. Halsin's ears were red, and his mouth was soft with a smile. "...When we return to camp, what would you like me to tell the others?"

My secret reveal is that Tav's main class is actually Fighter 🤛 but her magic is (💃dance) Bardic!

It's pretty obvious in #YSSfanfic 'cause she rarely uses her violin in fights...But In game I am fighting my lil heart out and casting SO many buffs!!

Risenfield casually explored sex before using it as a distraction from grieving. She has a healthy libido & was fine being abstinent for 7 years before the events of bg3.

When Gale initiated, she thought him to be 'safe, kind & level headed' & was happy with the experience!

and here's the Nick version. No face, just his clan's emblem LOL. it was gonna be that or Ilmater's symbol.

#tavrisenfield #summersuntwins

Tav uses social media to ask what the abbreviation "ily" means. Nick responds seriously with a "who is saying this to you?". when there isn't an immediate response, he replies again; "nvm, i'll be there soon.".

I don't get to show off possessive Noon too much and this meme was too hilarious not to indulge 🤭

#tavrisenfield #summersuntwins

Tav uses social media to ask what the abbreviation "ily" means. Noon responds with a lighthearted "who is saying this to you lol". when there isn't an immediate response, she replies again; "no seriously who is saying this to you".

Tav and Halsin sit by the camps fire. Halsin strokes away some loose hair, complimenting her subtly. It succeeds in making her flush.

I had to clean my brain of the bad vibes for future plot and drew Noon and Tav at a casual dinner party where they snuck off to chat.

Noon lounges out in a love seat with Tav propped in her lap. Noon is chatting about something she's very excited about and Tav stares at her with obvious fondness while listening.

A screenshot of Chapter 15's summary of Yearning's Sweet Succor. It reads: Lae’zel’s life was being laid bare among those that came before. Her thoughts were being turned into silver thread and relayed to the Astral Sea, her home. The voices of the dead cried out from the memories already long recorded as a wave of one cacophonous voice. The zaith’isk’s true purpose was to collect memories from the infected and execute them. It was not for curing. It was for killing. Halsin embraces Tav inside his tent. Noon leans into Tav's throat. She gives chaste kissies to the skin before licking her throat once and pulling back. those same pals had me take a break from main time line TO SOB FOR NO REASON I HATE YOU GUYS (I love you, thank you for the angst)

The rabbit hole was so interesting that I may just put it in the main time line.

#summersuntwins #tavrisenfield

Noon desperately holds Tav and her twin brother. Her knuckles are bloodied for beating up Nick, who rests limply against her. Tav embraces her back and also hugs Nick close. There are multiple wounds on both of them that haven't been healed yet.Noon and Tav cuddle up on Nick's chest who is crying quietly to himself and looking at the ceiling. He is clutching them both, in his own head about things. Bhaal things.

doodle reference for a future character from Tav's past. He's not a Bard, but he's KILLER with a decent lutist, and has a soothing talking voice.

Him and Tav do talk shop on sparring techniques, but mostly he was a big help faith-wise. 🙏
