A randomized sham-controlled trial (n=42): a single 20-min session of 10 Hz alpha-tACS targeting the frontoparietal control network reduced stress-evoked state anxiety (Δ=−3.16) vs. a slight increase under sham (Δ=+1.17), p=0.047

A #tACS study on metacontrast masking: 20Hz stimulation reduced objective visibility (not subjective) while local beta power increased post-stimulation. #Starstim delivered dual EEG-tACS at 20Hz & 40Hz with pre/post EEG recordings: doi.org/10.1093/nc/n...

Alpha-tACS over VLPFC influenced reward-related pupil responses, cortical activation, and dACC-ventral striatum connectivity, with changes in connectivity predicting pupil dilation. #Starstim8 delivered the 3×1 protocol inside the MRI scanner: doi.org/10.64898/202...
