Cowell Beach topped the state's dirtiest list for years. Save The Waves fixed it. One of the main culprits turned out to be pigeons. 🐦

Everything changes at Point Conception. 🌊

Once Catherine gets around the point, the Channel Islands provide protection and sea state stops being the problem. Then it's local winds, and water that may get too warm.
