One of the major differences between #SurvivorAU and US Survivor has been AU's love of 1v1 matchup challenges, like Sumo at Sea, or many waterslide/battling for an item variants. In the New Era, this was impossible for US Survivor. Kind of a bummer that we are unlikely to see any in #Survivor51.

Its funny because I was rooting for Ika, but didn’t want Kevin to loose! What an awesome season. #BBCAN and #SurvivorAU tend to have much better versions of BB and Survivor. If they could somehow allow US audiences to watch, they’d have huge ratings 🙃

Across two #SurvivorAU and this #TraitorsAU season, Kirby has that blend of strategic, character, and star power that’s been a joy to watch and this is a great ending to this chapter.

I LOVE that Kirby won #TheTraitorsAU - she's a favorite of mine from #SurvivorAU. She played an amazing game, as in - Cirie Fields level amazing!

Also I think this theme is fully coming from the idea of the Jackson & Caleb season long rivalry last season & production loving that storyline & maybe trying to manufacture these Rivals to see how the cast reacts to it. Because #SurvivorAU casts tend to really embrace the theme!

So I know I'm way late to this news but I finally saw the trailer to Australian Survivor's next season & I think the Survivor Rivals concept of casting people from similar archetypes & putting them on opposing tribes as like a mirror matchup is very interesting! #SurvivorAU
