I made it to 11k words in #SunmakerSon today! I keep getting ideas about what to do with the book as a whole, which means a lot of changes to what I’ve already written, but that’s the nature of first drafts 🤷‍♂️

Today I reached 9000 words in #SunmakerSon / #RaisingSun (still going back and forth on title but I like Raising Sun better right now). I tend to rush the exposition, and I think these first couple chapters will definitely need to be edited a lot.
