Male Palestine sunbirds have iridescent green and blue feathers on their heads, top of their wings, and backs, while the bottom of their wings and bellies are brown, and the back of their tails are black. They have black, slender, curved beaks and grey legs. Like all passerines, their feet have three toes pointing forward and one toe pointing backward.A male Palestine sunbird perched on a tree branch.
