@mightygreg.bsky.socialSharing our setup of a 2-PC #AMD #StrixHalo cluster for small team use. We used two Bosgame M5 mini pcs to serve 3 instances of Qwen3.8-Flash-Next and two instances of ComfyUI. Turn-key setup scripts install the whole thing + a dashboard to monitor it.
