Circuits in the studio at 50 Hill Rise today. We tried out a new TRX move - the Hamstring Curl (think feet in the straps elevated off floor, move into a glute bridge then repeat bringing the feet towards the glutes).

Circuits class line up at Barn Elms Sports Centre today. Cross body hammer curls for some variety and shoulder / overhead pressing with barbells. It was sunny at the end. Great crowd as always.
