A two-story brick and stone building that is identified at the roofline as the "C. W. Cord" building from 1897. The lower level houses "Magnolia Market". Neon signs in the windows tout "Central Dairy ice cream & treats" and "Coffee Breakfast & more!".Brown's Shoe Fit Co. is housed in this two-story building clad with corrugated metal panels to cover the entire front of the building. The company name is shown in large white letters across the width of the building with 5 white lights above it. The street level has three door entrances and almost full height windows.
