@jayi5.bsky.socialI've done a bunch of tweaks and adjustments to the stream. Lotsa new emotes, rehauled alerts, bits/points actually do stuff now, and etc.
Time for more speedmapping.
Please feel free to come along.
Let's work together for a brighter future.
@jayi5.bsky.socialWith my romp into Doom 64 done, headin' back into basic Doom stuff now. With Zone300 and Zone400 out of the way, I wanna do Doom 404 now. A whole extra four linedefs! Wow!

@jayi5.bsky.socialAnother week, another map. I don't know what about this train is the one that's encouraging me to make maps, but I'm riding it until it crashes.
Please feel free to come along.

@jayi5.bsky.social#Doom64 was good! Really good, actually. Like, really, really good. I liked it quite a lot.
So now I wanna go about it from the other angle. Gonna try out Doom 64 for Doom II! Wow! Exclamation marks!
@jayi5.bsky.social#Doom64 is a game that I've always liked -- at least, the bits and pieces I've played of it. However, I've never seen it through to the end. I'm a fake Doom fan.
Well, time to fix that. I wanna give it a go and dive in!
@jayi5.bsky.social6/9ths of the way to a full episode of speedmaps! Nice!
I don't know if I'm going to compile them together at the end or just let them exist. But I'm still goin' on.
Please feel free to come along.
Let's work together for a brighter future.
@jayi5.bsky.socialFive weeks so far of speedmapping! If I keep this up, soon I'll have a full episode of speedmaps. Which in and of itself is motivation enough to keep going.
Please feel free to come along.
Let's work together for a brighter future.
@jayi5.bsky.socialI overslept and haven't had time to fire the engine up!
So, Dev House mapping will resume tomorrow. In the interim, tonight I'll be playing through a Nightdive remaster that I never finished -- #Heretic. I heard they made a lot of changes!
@jayi5.bsky.social#Agent64 is a game that's been in my sights for a while, as someone who absolutely loved Goldeneye 007 growing up. Now I have it, and I'm going to dive into it with gusto. Time to live twice, die another day, and relive fond memories of '97.
