Good morning! How are you feeling? I’m off to find some Vietnamese coffee and pho in Manchester to celebrate a birthday (not mine!). I hope they can do something as good as the coconut coffee I had in Vietnam… it was magic. View might be a little different though! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? Didn’t really get to run while I was in Dubai, so I suppose I need to get back to it now. Bit damp outside so that’s not really enticing me out. No excuses though, gotta give it a go. Even if it’s just a short one. #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? Yesterday was a blur of flying, sleeping and occasionally eating, but very little else. Trying to get back on UK time so I’ve been on a walk and got some light in my eyes. Still a bit topsy-turvy! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? I’ve just landed back in Manchester and am so very sleep deprived I’m planning to do very little but sleep today. An incredibly busy week, but successful I think, and hopefully sets us up for more in future. #StayBright

Good morn-afternoon! How are you feeling? Second batch of SpaceWise Academy students inspired and graduated today. It’s a *lot* of work, but seeing their eyes light up, and hearing them wish it wouldn’t end, makes me forget the work and instead grin widely. Job done. #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? I have no idea how I am functioning, other than by drinking in energy from the students I’m teaching. Almost brushed my teeth with sun cream - tbf it was before 0600. Bit emotional talking about Artemis II mission and remembering it all. Copy Moon joy! #StayBright

Good morning? How are you feeling? I forced myself up and out onto the roof of the hotel at 0800, in the hope that blinding sunlight would kick my circadian rhythm into this timezone. I can see a ski slope from where I’m staying. Yep. 35-45C outside, but you can still ski. 🤯 #StayBright

Didn’t do well sleeping last night, but need to force myself into this timezone (BST+3) for early starts come Monday. Pondering a walk.. 35C outside already! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? I’m working my way down a list of things and psyching myself up to run. It feels quite humid out, so perhaps I will try for a slower (ok, even slower!) pace and see if I can avoid overheating. Determined to pack at a time that’s not 3am the day I leave. #StayBright

Good morn-afternoon! About ready to admit defeat with Word formatting. Everything was perfect until I opened the file at the print shop and then it decided to add random line, paragraph and page breaks and go rogue on images.
