We had a special Spooktober 1st breakfast featuring homemade Blueberry Maple Breakfast Sausage a specialty from New Hampshire's haunted Mt. Washington Hotel. Recipe by way of Amy Bruni's excellent 'Food To Die For' cookbook. Highly recommend!
