Boss Bongo returns!
My new Jungle Book OC; he's an old distant relative of Kaa's, and his attitude is that of a disgruntled uncle.
Big, bossy, and one huge TANK of snake. Maybe an anaconda? Jealous that Kaa can do hypno and he can't.
