Main Title: RESEARCH STUDY: Share your Thoughts on Jobs and Pay for People with Disabilities Overview: Researchers at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign want to learn what family members and caregivers think about work options and pay for people with disabilities. Topics Explored: Competitive Integrated Employment: Regular jobs in the community where people with disabilities work alongside people without disabilities and earn equal pay Subminimum wage: Laws or programs that allow employers to pay people with disabilities less than the minimum wage. Visual Graphic: A circular illustration depicting a diverse group of individuals, including a person using a wheelchair. Participant Tasks: Take an online survey: Answer questions about your family member's work experience, your personal view, and your background. Optional interview: Option to participate in a follow-up interview. Eligibility Criteria: Must live in the United States.
