🔬 Using human lymph-node biopsies and spatial imaging, we show that DTG/3TC reaches regions containing or adjacent to HIV-positive cells, while HIV DNA- and RNA-positive cells decline rapidly after treatment initiation.

New preprint from my PhD! 🥳

Using deep learning and spatial analysis, we mapped 3.5 billion cells in tissue images from 16 human organs and 980 donors spanning the adult lifespan.
