I am finally testing out my new food dehydrator with a couple batches of peppers.
One layer is Thai Hots. Another layer is Shishito peppers.
It is a ten layer dehydrator.
The Ghosts haven't completely reddened up; but, I'll be drying those to grind into powder when they do.

A nice little picking of Pineapple variety tomatoes.
These are insane good in any salsa.

I did a Pineapple tomato, kiwi and grapefruit salsa. Mmmm
I added in a Brandywine tomato to give it some red color, and because, the Brandywines were so good this season.

They come right up to the deck for her.
She feeds them apples, pears, plums and corn on the cob.
