All this talk about #Wolverine kind of makes me want to play Wolverine (#NES, Pub: #LJN, Dev: #SoftwareCreations, 1991)
Like at least that game had a level of basic mediocre competency thanks to the dev
AND I got it for $3 CIB like three years after it came out

The #Famicom box art for #Solstice NOT get talked about enough.
It's #Escher -esque, except unlike Escher it's geometrically plausible- which is perfect for the entire feel of the game.

A sprite edit of Sigma's head added to a hulking warrior in silver armor. He has bare feet and comically small fists. Something about the translation of the Underworld Boss's sprite from the NES game to this interpretation lost some of the sauce. He went from cybernetic overlord to a caveman barbarian.
