the enemies can FINALLY attack (of course it still looks a little rough but the base is there :D)

Expanded the tutorial to include 'advanced' that gives more detail includes different control prompts.

Added options in the settings so this (and game language) can be changed. I also cleared out some old unused global variables as well.
