I´d suddenly lost weight in 1992 yet, in 08/02 I suddenly knew that it was the time when #SLE had broken out in me. But that moron of a Professor Dr. Dr. had told me allegedly I had anorexia or bulimia in 10/2000, not quite 2 years before the Lupus was diagnosed.

#SLE is an a$$hole, my right wrist is killing me, in spite of the CTS braces that I´m wearing almost 24/7, I can hardly write today, almost daily a new symptom, but it might also be arthrosis since I´m almost 56 yet.

I only wash my "private parts" with lukewarm water, also under the shower, for the other body parties I use a shower gel/cream. I´m way past menopause due to #SLE (when I was 23 in 1994 yet).

I had to put on a warmer sweater, a black structure cotton sweater size L, so it also warms my lover back and my butt LOL, and also warmer leggings, also in black. Walking frostbite here, due to the chronic underweight from #SLE and #SecondaryRaynaudSyndrome.

And against occasional headache that´s not migraine-related (yes, I get migraines too) I may only take one 500 mg paracetamol pill, not the other painkillers, due to #SLE.

I can hardly step on my left foot at all, and when I´m walking I´m limping. If you have #SLE, like me (since 1992, but diagnosed in 08/2002), you may get new symptoms almost every day.
