VERONICA BURTON WITH ICE IN HER VEINS !!!!

She gives the Valks the lead as the game winds down!

Gabby Williams is THAT woman. Steals the ball clean from A'ja and pushes the floor to find Thornton for the lay-up to tie the game.

#WNBASky #SkyHoops

Shoutout to Dana Evans for being another Aces reserve who is gutting it out through less than full health to try and extend this series. She goes up among the all the bigs and grabs a huge board and then finds A'ja in the post on the other end.

#WNBASky #SkyHoops

It took the Aces 18 seconds to get the ball under the 3-point line on the first possession of the 4th quarter.

They are not handling the GSV pressure well.

Jordin Canada is HER.

I have lost track of the number of huge plays she has made in this game. She is willing ATL to the WNBA Finals with everything she has in her.

#WNBASky #SkyHoops

Jordin Canada is playing a marvelous basketball game tonight. She is a freaking warrior.

#WNBASky #SkyHoops

I watched a lot of preseason basketball tonight and saw a lot of things that interested me. Here's our latest installment of Doc's Night Shift with Dave and I for the Rocker Step.

#NBASky #SkyHoops

This man Trae Young LOVES playing in the Garden.

#NBASky #SkyHoops

Nothing like a 7'4" guy who can help down from the 3-point line to protect the basket.

#NBASky #SkyHoops

You can throw a lob to Wemby while his back facing the basket and he'll spin while the ball is flight and still catch and dunk it.

He is NOT real.

#NBASky #SkyHoops

Sweet 8 pound, 6 ounce newborn infant Jesus, Wemby is back at it again! 👽

#NBASky #SkyHoops

Ballhalla is magic.

Our latest at the Rocker Step takes a look at what makes Valkyries home games so special, and how that environment is pointing us toward a better future.

I got to talk to Naz Hillmon's college coach Kim Barnes-Arico today.

The story coach told about telling Naz she had to shoot more before her junior and senior seasons was a perfect example of the player and teammate she is.

Cori Close was Jordin Canada's college coach. They way she lit up when I asked her about JC was so fun to watch.

Close: "She would be a top five competitor I have ever coached."

Canada and the Dream will look to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the WNBA semifinals tonight.

#WNBASky #SkyHoops

Steph cooked a little bit today.

16 points in 14 minutes.
3/6 3s
5 assists.
2 rebounds
0 turnovers.
+26.

#NBASky #SkyHoops

Stephen Curry man. So inspirational.

3-pointer plus the foul. Apparently he has only done that 72 times in his career 😂🤯

#NBASky #SkyHoops

Where are the Wizards fans in #SkyHoops?!

Or #NBABluesky? (Ew)

Also, I totally forgot you guys had Anthony Davis. What in the world is going on over there?

Gabby Williams swears there is magic in the building at Ballhalla. Posting a piece about that soon on the Rocker Step.

Women's basketball is pointing us toward a better future, and the Chase Center on Valkyries game days is a special example of that.

#WNBASky #SkyHoops

If you weren't up with the sickos well past midnight, we got your covered. I handled the night shift.

Thoughts and observations from a full slate of preseason NBA games last night! Check it out at the Rocker Step.

#NBASky #SkyHoops

Why yes, we did watch an insane amount of NBA preseason basketball tonight.

Here's some things I noticed that were worth writing down.
My Rocker step partner and editor Dave is responsible for the Louvre worthy graphic.
