I wanted to make a separate character, especially one that focused on Sir Cross' side of life after Sallie X left the Church of Cross. Also an excuse to make an OC that isn't an EXE.

More info on her in ALT.

Sister Marie is not really a sister. Way after Xara's departure from the Church of Cross, Marie appeared at the church as a lost Nun. Sir Cross and the others took her in. What they didn't know was that she was sent out by someone to assassinate Sir Cross, disguised as a nun to get close to him. Unfortunately, she failed. Because she fell for him.
