It's quite simple.. and delicious.. sealed fresh tuna... on sandwich with bread with butter and garlic.. with arugula, apple, cucumber and onions... simple and yummy...

Veggie "meat"balls ... rice with crispy onions.. tomato/cucumber/dill salad... cooking for more people than usual... I'm happy the veggie meatballs didn't crumble.. it's usually my challenge when doing meatballs...
