#ImplicitConsent is when the situations arise that lead to #ConsensualSex or #SexAct naturally and often times lead to #Consent I.e. in case of #Marriage, #FWB (friends with benefits), no strings attached, #Polygamy, #Polyamory, #OpenRelationship and other forms of #RelationshipDynamics.

Example: it might be okay for someone to get involved in #Sex or #SexAct such as #Flashing, sharing #Nude, #Sexting or #Sex and because it’s okay to them, it is not considered #SexOffense as it involves #ImplicitConsent or #Consent.

Any other #SexOffense in #SexAct or #Sex that do not fit in these 3 #Escalation levels are dependent on individual’s #Discretion to avoid situations that maybe unfavourable or harmful. Such as #Sexting, sharing #Nude, #Flashing, etc are #SexAct or sex-related act but are legal in nature.

#Kink such as #BDSM, #ForcedSex, #CNC, #FreeUse, etc and #SexAct such as #Prostitution, #Porn or #SexWork where #Consent is involved are not considered #Rape.

PS: #Consent is #SafeSex which can be in form of short term or long term #Contract such as #Marriage or #SexContract.
