**Practical tip: Try a 15-minute weekly AA check-in.** For every learner ask:
✓ What's complete? ○ What's outstanding → What's the next action? Don't just track where someone is in the process. **Know what needs to happen next.**. #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

This Tes article highlights a reality: SENCO workload is becoming increasingly difficult to contain within the working day. zurl.co/TifIR
Not all SENCO workload is visible, but there's also the mental list running alongside it. Good systems help with that. #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

Feedback. Assessments. Evidence. Forms. How much of your Access Arrangements process are you carrying around in your head? A good system shouldn't rely on one person remembering what's done, what's missing and what happens next. **It should show you.** #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

Every reminder takes a few minutes. Multiply that across dozens of students and teachers and those minutes become hours. Spend less time chasing. Spend more time supporting. Book a SEND Assistant demo and see the difference for yourself - zurl.co/6dsQb . #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

You've asked eight teachers for feedback. Five responded. Three haven't. Do you know which three — or do you need to search through emails to find out? SENDassistant keeps progress visible. Know what's outstanding. Don't search for what's outstanding. #SEND #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

Practical tip: Make feedback easy to give. Instead of “Send me information about this student”, ask: → What difficulty do you see? → What support is used? → How often? → What difference does it make? Clear questions = less back-and-forth and better evidence. #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

It's often not one big task creating the workload. It's dozens of small ones. Send. Check. Remind. Follow up. Update. Repeat. For Access Arrangements, those minutes quickly add up. Sometimes reducing workload means removing the unnecessary work. #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

How much of your Access Arrangements workload is actually chasing? Teacher feedback. Evidence. Responses. Collaboration matters, but it shouldn't depend on one person keeping everyone moving. Your time is better spent using the information than chasing it. #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

Imagine needing your Access Arrangements evidence — and not having to start looking for it. Evidence shouldn't be something you chase. It should be something you've already built. Book a SENDassistant demo and see how it can work for you - zurl.co/b8PS1 #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

Email. Spreadsheet. Assessment. Teacher feedback. Notes. The evidence may already exist. The problem is where it lives. SENDassistant helps bring information together so you're building the learner's picture as you go — not searching for it later. #SENCO #AccessArrangements #EdTech #SENDassistant

Practical tip: Record the difference, not just the support. Instead of only noting what a learner uses, capture: → The difficulty → The support used → The impact it has Don't just record what you do. Record **why you do it and what difference it makes.** #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

Evidence doesn't begin when you start completing the paperwork. It's being created every day — through classroom support, teacher observations, strategies and internal assessments. The challenge is capturing it while it's happening. #SEND #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant #TeacherWorkload

The worst time to discover you need more evidence is when a deadline is approaching. Start identifying. Start gathering. Build the picture as you go. With SENDassistant, when you need the evidence, you're not starting from scratch. #Edusky #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant #TeacherWorkload

One teacher sees a difficulty. Another has found a strategy that helps. Together, those observations build a much clearer picture — if the information reaches the right place. Good decisions start with good information. Bring the evidence together. #Edusky #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

Practical tip: Make it easy to raise a concern. Ask staff to record: → What difficulty are you seeing? → When does it happen? → What have you tried? → Did it help? → Is there a pattern? Teachers don't need to diagnose. You need their observations. #Edusky #SENCO #AccessArrangements #SENDassistant

The signs can appear long before an Access Arrangement becomes urgent.
Running out of time. Processing difficulties. Support being used regularly.
Spotting patterns early gives you time to understand the learner — not rush the process later. #Edusky #SENCO #AccessArrangements #EdTech #SENDassistant

Build the process before you need it.

One place for information. Clear progress. Trackable staff feedback. Evidence that builds as you go. Move from reacting and chasing to a process your team can actually see. Start as you mean to go on. #Edusky #SENCO #AccessArrangements #EdTech #SENDassistant

If your Access Arrangements process only works because one person remembers everything, the person has become the system. Your expertise should drive the process. Your memory shouldn't have to hold it together. #SEND #SENCO #AccessArrangements #EdTech #SENDassistant #TeacherWorkload #StaffWellbeing

JCQ's guide for teaching staff is a useful reminder that Access Arrangements are a whole-centre process — not something that should sit entirely with the SENCO or Access Arrangements Coordinator. zurl.co/HYL30
