Am Donnerstag saß ich eine Stunde abfahrbereit auf der Couch und bin doch nicht los. Gestern hat mich nichts zurück gehalten und ich hab meine obligatorische Fahrradtour gemacht. Motivation ist immer wieder eine neue Herausforderung.
