#SeestarS50Pro image of M33 Triangulum #Galaxy I captured the other day.
Nice #photo i took with my #seestars50pro #telescope of #Jupiter and the #moon this morning. I'm just learning how to use it. I should have tried stacking a RAW video of this. I wish they had a bracketed exposure mode.
Recording is in progress!

Last night, while imaging Sh2-157 (the Lobster Claw Nebula), I got to test the #SeestarS50Pro for the first time. The setup and learning curve are super fast. First frames on the Moon… gorgeous. (A nice way to compensate for the Moon rise washing out my ongoing Sh2-157 exposures… 🔭
Can I break the Seestar S50 Pro?
Unboxed it at the backyard table with a beer and pointed it straight at the sun. No spec sheets, no stats.
Can a normal person just use this thing? Let's find out.

At last a clear night sky. First light on my new #SeestarS50Pro: M27, a planetary nebula, remnant of a dying star.
