Cleaning sends me into a panic attack.

Ironically the panic stems from a combination of past relocation trauma and ADHD time blindness which leads to panicking about running out of time.

(Not to mention the tomboy feminism HATING that women are expected to LOVE cleaning)

But the panic attacks happen even when I try to start cleaning with plenty of time before the “deadline” to avoid the last minute panic in the first place.

This is such a stupid self-fulfilling cycle I hate it.
