Every role in Classbell's school management system gets 21 permissions, each full, scoped or none. You can only grant a role at or below your own, and a campus admin invite with no campus will not send.

In Classbell's school management system, a subject's assessment components must total exactly 100% before they save. A subject at 90% shows Blocked, and its marks entry stays closed until it adds up.

Add a pupil once, across every campus. Classbell is a school management system that flags a duplicate only when name and date of birth both match, so a real pupil is never held back by a false alarm.

Add a teacher with a contract load in periods a week. The Staff load report in Classbell's school management system counts every timetabled lesson against it and flags anyone over, before term starts.

Set the school year once in Classbell's school management system; every campus inherits it. Periods and the teaching week are per campus: a Sunday–Thursday campus picks those days, and its timetable and register follow.

One brand colour and Classbell's school management system builds the whole palette, on every screen. Pick one parents can't read and the save stays locked: this yellow scores 3.75:1 on white, short of 4.5:1.

Every campus sets its own currency and timezone in Classbell's school management system. After 18:00 in Nairobi, a late register change needs a reason. It's still afternoon in New York, so Riverside's doesn't.

Six roles, six front pages. Parents see their own balance, never the school's receivables. Pupils see no fees at all: a pupil's API response carries no finance keys in the first place.

Setting up a school takes an afternoon, not a term.

Campus, currency, timezone, academic year, bell schedule, grades. Day one of setup uses the same screens as year three.

A register that opens with the whole class already present.

The teacher flags the two absences and the one late arrival, watches the tally count against the class roll, and submits. Held on the device until then.
