8/ End of the “improvement.” No idea what those flexiposts and protected lane to nowhere are doing. I guess they kind of look like official bike infrastructure. #SANDAG used to be good about posting Bikeway updates on line, but, I can find nothing pertaining to whatever all this is supposed to be -
