In the end, Myste sacrificed himself by dissolving his sense of self, becoming a shield of pure darkness that protected Sajyn for just long enough to defeat Emet-Selch.

Sajyn is canonically left-handed. She’s actually tricked a few opponents who think she’s right-handed, which has won her fights quite a few times.

As a leftie myself, I just wanted to pretend my lizard was a little more like me, even if the game wishes to spite me forever.
