There's poverty & poor folks in #rUK & #Europe ,but they have a much lower death rate from drugs than #Scotland
Why?
After 20 years of #SNP rule, there's still deprivation in Scotland. There should be no deprived areas in Scotland & rUK. Only a democratic Socialist #Labour Gov do this.
