The only countries that fear the ICC/ICJ are lawless dictatorships or failed states that have lost the ability to hold War Criminals accountable in their nation's courts

125 nations signed, but the USA, Israel, Russia, Bahrain, China, and India refused to ratify or sign the #RomeStatute

Those tools include urging the 125 countries who signed the #RomeStatute that created the ICC — whose number include #Australia, #Canada, the #UK and most of Europe — to withdraw from the court, revoking #ICC personnel’s visas, or ratcheting up sanctions.

Senegal reaffirms its commitment to the International Criminal Court and to the Principles of the #RomeStatute.

This was the message conveyed by Senegal's Minister of Justice during a meeting with a Coalition for the ICC delegation.
